Please read these terms before installing. By selecting “I accept the agreement”,
you accept this license. If you do not accept it, cancel installation.

1. Evaluation license
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use this
Alpha solely for non-commercial evaluation, experimentation and test training.
No license fee is charged for this Alpha. No automatic expiry or time-based lock
is imposed by these terms.

2. Restrictions
Commercial or production use of the Alpha is not permitted. Models and checkpoints
created or trained using this Alpha may be used only for non-commercial evaluation;
they must not be sold, licensed commercially or deployed for commercial or
production services. Broader use requires a separate agreement with us.
You may not redistribute the proprietary application without our permission.
Mandatory rights under applicable law and rights under third-party licenses are
not restricted by these terms.

3. Your data and results
You retain your rights in your datasets, tokenizers, models and other materials.
We do not acquire ownership of them through this license. The evaluation-only
restriction above is a condition of using this Alpha, not a claim of ownership.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for your input
data, imported models and their intended use. Other applicable licenses continue
to apply independently.

4. Alpha status
This is experimental, unfinished software. Errors, interrupted training, incompatible
updates and loss of data are possible. Keep independent backups and do not rely on
this Alpha for production or safety-critical purposes. Training can consume substantial
disk space, network traffic, electricity and computing resources.

5. Third-party components
Third-party software, runtimes and libraries retain their respective licenses.
Their notices are supplied separately. This EULA does not replace those licenses
or remove rights they grant. Optional engine downloads require separate confirmation;
accepting this EULA is not consent to start those downloads.

6. Updates and availability
We do not promise continued development, support, compatibility of future versions
or that future versions will be free. Different terms for a future version will be
presented separately and do not retroactively change this license.

7. Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Alpha is provided as available,
without a promise that it is error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory statutory rights or liability
that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Ending use
You may decline updates, stop using the Alpha and uninstall it at any time.
Uninstalling does not transfer your rights to us. Existing evaluation-only
restrictions on models created or trained using the Alpha continue to apply.
Removal of the training environment and deletion of your data are separate choices.

Both language versions express the same terms. A translation difference does not
limit mandatory rights.
